Francisco Hernandez, owner of Cisco Builders Construction, has been in the construction trade for 20+ years. At the young age of 10 years, Francisco had vision that some day he would run his own business. Growing up at the side of his two older brothers in the construction trade, Francisco took an interest in construction and started to help-out with jobs at the age of thirteen.
It was with great pride that he discovered the feeling of accomplishment and self-reward when a good job is completed and the customer is appreciative. His interest and talent of fixing things escalated as he continued his work in construction by helping people make their lives a little more comfortable.
His inspiration came from hearing the needs and wants that clients desired. He studied principals of contracting, blueprint reading, and framing. His experience includes: Estimator, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager, and Business Development. When clients have asked me how it is that I have managed my business through these tough economic times.

Given that he was able to do the work before, I contacted him again for a second job when leaving the same place.
The following will give you a clear idea of how (un)professional Cisco is...
First, he agreed to show up and look at the place. When he came, he brought a stray german shepherd with him that he said he found on the street. Ok... so we tie him up outside and
