Joe and his team did a fantastic job with work we had done on our house. Being first time home buyers, we weren’t exactly sure what to do or look for and Joe was able to help us with everything we needed, and educated and informed us of the process the whole time. In addition to this, Joe and his team came out in very short notice after our roof took some damage due to hurricane Ida. I highly recommend his services. You will not be disappointed

I used this business for a few small things in the past but then I decided to get hardwood floors in. I got them from my foyer down to my living room. Also in my hallway and other rooms throughout my house. I had high expectations due to the past work I had done but this blew me away. It was done it under a week and they did it around my schedule. The workers respected my home and added a great touch to my floors. They are holding up great and I have not had any problems. We had Just Bought a house ! This was our first house purchase so u can imagine our surprise when we found out we needed a new roof and skylight , we had mold and the ceiling in our baby’s nursery collapsed! Things got crazy , we hired the wrong guy to fix the roof and he wound up making things worst ! We came across Zbc on google and saw they had good reviews!! We took another chance and it totally paid off!! Not only did we get everything fixed the right way ! But we also got our mold remediated too! Joe not only cared for our problems with the house but he gave us advice as far as insurance

We used ZBC Contracting for multiple projects over several years. All work looked good initially. However, all of the work is failing.
Replacement windows: leaking and needed to be pulled and re-installed
Porch renovation: rotting posts
New concrete: cracked
Cedar Shake siding: literally falling off the house
Tile floor in finished basement: multiple tiles have popped loose.
I could go on and on...dont make the same mistake we made. Wish we’d never let them through the front door.

I contacted ZBC Contracting for some exterior and roof work, as I wanted someone local. Joe Zajko, the owner, was very responsive and promptly checked out the house. He took the time to describe everything that needed to be done, and even provided pictures of the areas needing work. His price was fair and he got the job done promptly, beyond my expectations, and he lets you know how everything went. The letter "Z" may be the last letter of the alphabet, but ZBC Contracting should be at the top of everyone's list!

I called up Joe for a very small job to repair some flashing on the roof. He gave a fair price and got the work done quickly. He also alerted me that my windows were in desperate need of caulking and that it was work I should have done before the winter. I agreed with him and had him do the additional work. Five days later I get a call from Joe. On another job he did, the caulk had started to peel away from the window. He was calling me to see if he could stop by the house and see if the job he did for me needed to be redone. He suspects the batch of caulk might have been bad. I should mention
