Some of the jobs we have done in the area include multiple buildings at the Corpus Christi Naval Air Station, several buildings at the Kingsville Naval Air Station and the flat roof at the Alice Airport. We offer resealing, waterproofing, modified bitumen/torch-down, coatings and new flat roofs. We can inspect all elements of your flat roof and have our own HVAC technicians in case these need to be lifted during recoating or serviced.
Our complete reroofs will always pass inspection and we will comply with all local laws and codes during construction. We service shingle, flat and R panel roofs with the quality necessary to give you every reasonable advantage during the tropical storms that you need. Some things can't be prevented but hiring an inexperienced contractor can.
Would you like peace of mind? Sign up for a service plan. Our technician will come out every six months and make sure there is not branches laying on your roof causing the shingles to wear or leaves causing moisture to build up. We will check your fascia and edges for rot and for corrosion on the flashing around chimneys.
