Had a spring break on our garage door. Called Mid Michigan just based off of the reviews on Google, and they did not disappoint. They were quick to respond, worked well with my schedule, and were very professional. The person who took my phone call (I believe was Katy?), and the service tech Tony were both very friendly and personable. Tony was awesome. Very down to earth, and you could tell that customer service and satisfaction were very important to him. Would definitely recommend to anybody. Fast and friendly service that is harder to come by these days.

Excellent service. Worked with me to promptly schedule a same week appointment and did a great job recommending the right fix. They even found a problem I was unaware of and made sure it was in working order before leaving. When I thanked them for finding and fixing the new issue they said, “Yeah no worries. I like to make sure everything is working well before we leave,” which was a very true statement. To top it all off they sent the bill right to my phone so I could easily make the (surprisingly low) payment. Very impressed and would recommend.

I highly recommend Mid Michigan Garage Door! When I called to inquire about them replacing my garage door opener, they were very friendly and helpful. An appointment for the service was scheduled promptly and they arrived when they said they would for the work.
While they were here, they were very professional, friendly, and explained everything I needed to know about the work they did and the new opener. Their work and the product they installed was top notch! In less than an hour they were finished, cleaned up and on their way.

Great to work with, they provided a competitive quote, and got the job (two doors) done in half a day. Their recommendations were right on thee money. Great to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again, but then that would mean that someone in the family did something to these two beautiful doors that were just installed. I highly recommend Chip @ Mid Michigan Garage Door. I needed my garage door replaced. Within minutes he called scheduled to see me same day. We went over options, got items ordered and installed in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend Chip for any type of garage door service.
