Installation is Guaranteed... Sales rep getting your order correct is not.
After waiting 6 months for windows to be installed at a premium price ($22000 for 4 windows and 2 doors), the window for my bathroom lacked a privacy texture like the one it replaced.
When I called customer service I wound up talking to the original salesperson Jazmin that screwed up the order and was told I would have to pay another $1500 to get it right.
Everybody wants home services to be good, fast and cheap but the truth is you can only 2/3. You can get good work done fast, but it won't be cheap. you can get
