Virg returned my call within minutes and was here within an hour to replace the ignitor on my oven. This is not the first time Virg has been to our house and done repairs on other appliances. Always great service! I highly recommend! My fridge was on the fritz, he diagnosed the issue over the phone, and I got it fixed that day.

Got the manufactures run around and call center typical smoke and mirrors. Called Virg's, they ( a real person!!!) picked up, came out within the same morning and had my issue resolved. I would most certainly use them again. If you are in the Northfield area I would strongly recommend them!

Virg has been wonderful when helping to select appliance and repair of those appliances. Ask him anything about a specific appliance and he can answer it. Remember all appliances are built to last 10 years if you get more than that out of it you are extremely luck or have a great repair man. Virg is that man

One star is too many! They were supposed to repair my washer TWICE this week as a sub-contractor for Sears. Never showed, nor did they have the courtesy to let anyone know they weren't coming. Inconsiderate and unreliable. They threw me under the bus and I have responded in kind. First mistake was to buy something from Sears. Second mistake was believing that they would take their commitment (as a sub-contractor) to service seriously.
