A prime example of excellence in customer service. Kaye and Vickie went out of their way to help us with storage of our brand New travel trailer. We didn’t have an actual date when we would receive it and they kept us informed about availability and all of our options. When we finally got it, they did an amazing job and exceeding our expectations.

Well I like rent this place but after I figured out my storage rent gone really my stuffs. We were very tired and disappeared my stuffs. We become don’t like anymore. dONT go there. If you want pay this rent storage example let me tell you if you not pay “missed due this bill rent storage” they will get your stuffs too no matter what true office don’t care to will be get of your stuffs too. I was very setup honest I did poor save my lot furnitures there but it is gone my day. I did cry lost my everything stuffs. I gave you rate 0 👎

My Unit is Flooded! I hate to post bad things about a business. It can really be detrimental, but people need to hear the truth. We have our items stored here, at one time I had 3 units and I paid one month for a surface lot for a trailer. Our unit is flooded, and they remain quiet. Today is the 4th of June 2021, this happened several days ago. Not even a call to tell other customers that their units could be flooded. I let it go when my first unit unpacked around April 9 or 10 was so infested and covered in rat piss that I had to throw out many of my Christmas Decorations. We told them, no call

Ok so I rented a place for my truck and trailer. I lost a family member in Europe I had to go back home called management to inform no problem Derek we have your number so all good. Ok so I came back to be told manager has left. Then I was told the bank had repossessed it I was so angry five months of chasing my truck and trailer. THEN to find out that all season sold my truck and trailer $63000 gone I called the office ask to speak to the manager oh we don’t have one ok can you give me corporate number oh I don’t know it. All Seasons Self Storage is an excellent facility. I use the climate controlled unit, and aside from one minor glitch with the A/C, I have been completely satisfied. The building is easy to access, always neat and clean, the only bugs are DEAD bugs (which are swept up immediately), and the manager of the facility is extremely helpful and easy to work with. I continually refer my clients (I am a real estate agent) to All Seasons, and the only problem with that is that they are almost always FULL. That's a good thing for All Seasons and means that they are doing a great job!
