This company was assigned to use through our home warranty to unclog a drain. They called me to make an appointment the same day I put in a service call, and we out the next day. The warranty company didn't approve them to snake the drain due to an old drum trap we had, but he was able to clear the clog anyways!

Loren arrived in the quoted time frame and had my plumbing issue fixed in under fifteen minutes. Fast. Efficient. Honest. And FRIENDLY. It's refreshing to have someone arrive and NOT make you feel like you're an idiot or that you're a burden on their day. I was very pleased with the service. My kitchen sink was clogged, as it has been multiple times in the 5 years I have owned the home. Loren came out, investigated and cleared the line. He showed me the likely cause of the frequent clogs and suggested a monthly enzyme treatment. I really appreciated the insight! He was very courteous, professional and friendly. I will definitely call Petersen the best time I need a plumber!
