Visiting my mom here in Hurricane. I live now in SC.
Was up here visiting for Thanksgiving and doing some deer hunting.
Have been on the road for two weeks prior.
So the "change oil soon" light comes on yesterday on my F-150 Lariat and I've got a 6 hour drive home Sunday. And I like to take care of my truck.
Midway Ford worked me right in today for oil and filter change and tire rotation.
Super friendly people, from the service group to the ladies in the checkout area.
Nice clean shop (and waiting area).
Awesome sales guy as well. Right near the aisle coming into the showroom

These are not smart people and they dont care about others. I am in trucking and got caught up in a tire theft scheme. I shipped multiple shipments of tires that were bought with stolen credit cards, all the sellers got burned and so did I, but I never let the thieves know and they tried to hire ma again to pick up at this dealership. I called to warn them and asked them to call the buyer to let him the card came back so that I could try to save the next company from becoming a victim. They refused and spoke to me as if I was a child.

Went online to the website and looked at a truck I really loved. Someone called me next day. Wasn’t overly friendly, took my info, called back and said “ I’m afraid we can’t help you”. When asked about a down payment was told “ Finance says it wouldn’t make a difference either way “ I understand credit not that hot, but with 2 guaranteed sources of income I would have thought a reason why not and I have NEVER heard of a dealership that has said large down payments “ wouldn’t make a difference” mind you this was a used truck and not one of the high dollar ones. While moving from Pennsylvania to Kentucky, my car broke down in Hurricane, West Virginia. Stranded in an unknown city, Midway Ford was there to help. They were able to look at my car the morning after I dropped it off at their garage. All the other garages said it would take days to even look at my vehicle. The employees at Midway Ford were extremely friendly and efficient. They took a few hours to look at my engine and found that the flywheel was cracked and needed to be replaced. This repair would take several days so they let me come with my rental car to get my belongings out of my car so
