We've had disappointing heating maintenance service from Richard's twice in a row. Both times, we started the day with working heat and then had no heat after they had been here. This year, they replaced the burner motor, saying it was working but would be quieter after it was replaced; this was not the case, it's just as loud. So there is a $100 charge for no reason. When we called back for evening service, it turned out the oil pump was also now broken and needed to be replaced. They had also made a mess in the basement which they said they'd come back to clean; never happened. They are friendly

The quick response to our leaking old water tank and old furnace gave us peace of mind from having a disaster in our basement. They came out immediately and surveyed our situation, wrote up 2 separate proposals for us to review, and our Friday contract signing had our job completed on Tuesday.
The first truck dropped off the equipment at 8am, and the 3 men that performed the installation came with 2 trucks about 15 minutes later. They set up a pipe cutting shop inside the larger truck, and had easy access through the garage into the basement.
