Scotty Redd was born and raised in Clayton, NC and has over 20 years experience in the roofing business. From residential and commercial roofing, to roof repairs, metal roofs, EPDM and PVC roofing, etc., he's done it all! Scotty is very hands on and you will usually find him on the roof installing it himself or helping someone broken down on the side of the road.
The name S&M Roofing is simple: Scotty and Micah. This company was created with two things we love in mind: Our Community and Roofing! Our mission is to provide our community with a local company they can trust to provide them with the best quality roof for the best price possible and know the job will be done right, without cutting corners.

We recently had our roof replaced following damage from a hail storm. The project manager, Troy S., was so great to work with. He was always available when you needed him, did a good job of overseeing the actual work, and dealt with the insurance company making that part easy, which was very appreciated. The guys that did the hard, hot work of replacing the roof were so careful, considerate, and extremely hard working. I can't say enough about them.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. They were with us every step of the way and made dealing with our insurance absolutely effortless.
The did an amazing job. The crew was friendly and hard working and very conscientious about our property and flower beds.
They went and double checked everything afterwards as well and made sure the roof was absolutely perfect. They also cleaned up like I’ve never seen any contractors clean up. I did not see one nail or any piece of debri even anywhere around. They even checked the neighbors property to make sure that nothing blew over there.

We had Scotty from S&M Roofing inspect our roof this past Fall after we had gone through a recent hail storm. After finding numerous damaged shingles, Scotty worked with us and our insurance company to get the roof replaced. Scotty was a pleasure to deal with and his crew did excellent work. We had both the house and an exterior garage done, and the entire job was completed over two days. The new shingles look great, and we've had no issues even after experiencing several additional thunderstorms. We would definitely recommend S&M Roofing.
