In 2011, Tim Bradley, co-founder and co-owner of Barnwood Masters, experienced a life altering accident that prohibited him from returning to traditional work. His son, Micah Bradley encouraged him to use the woodworking skills he retained after the accident to do what he loved most, which is how Barnwood Masters came to be.
We believe we have a responsibility to be stewards of the environment and not take any more away from the limited natural resources available. Reclaiming and repurposing these materials is a way Barnwood Masters can be a green company. Often times, reclaimed barn wood is antique hardwood. This virgin, or first growth lumber is much stronger and superior to the lumber available for purchase at retail stores such as Home Depot, Menards or Lowes.
Using reclaimed materials from antique barns and other structures to create quality wood products and to supply usable lumber for home and business decor. Old barns and sheds are reaching their lifespan. Rot and insect damage tend to weaken key structural points in the building, making it slowly come to the ground.

Services
At Barnwood Masters, our focus is preserving the past and minimally impacting our natural resources by reclaiming and repurposing old lumber and material from barns built around the turn of the 20th century. All of the lumber we use comes from the barns we have dismantled. We remove all wood and materials from a barn so the property owner is left with only a clean foundation and a dumpster or burn pile.
Barnwood Masters uses native hardwood from reclaimed barns constructed around the turn of the 20th century to build high quality custom furnishings and decor for both residential and commercial markets. These projects range from kitchen cabinets to conference tables. All projects ordered are handcrafted from reclaimed materials for a specific customer in mind.
