Justin, I was so blessed with your technician. He was very efficient and professional. He answered all my questions and was able to not only address but fix my issue i was dealing with. He did all the work I requested and even went above and beyond. I had air ducts cleaned today and not only did he clean my vents and fog my return he even managed to wipe my ceiling fans down for me while he was in the process of putting the registers back on. I didn't ask for that but he stated he wanted to clean the fans for me to help eliminate the dust and that it was no problem or extra charge, Justin said

Made appointment for a 2-hour window. They never showed up nor did they call to say they were not showing up. After calling they said the previous job is taking longer it will be two more hours. Four hours total waiting no show now the business is closed. No phone call to say they would be late or not coming at all. Wasted the evening waiting on them. Will call someone else now.
Update: Called Monday to see if anyone was still scheduled to come and answer was " no,Not sure what happened."

DO NOT use this company to clean your ductwork! I started noticing I had more dust in my home after they clean my duck work then before they came. So I hired another professional air conditioning service who went into my attic and took pictures of what was torn ductwork from where they had use the equipment to clean. Now I’m having to repay someone to repair my damages ductwork. When I called and told them about what happened and ask for a refund they told me that I waited past the 10 day refund period And all they could do was send someone out to reclean.
