Recently my wife and I purchased the most recent of a few vehicles I have purchased from Honda Independence. The service is always incredible and accommodating. The sales representatives are beyond knowledgeable and will do their best to find the vehicle that is perfect for you. If the incredible service isn't enough the Honda VIP package included on qualifying purchases is in my opinion a perk second to none. Being able to know that included in my purchase my vehicle is being serviced by such a great group of people at little to no cost to me is very reassuring after a few bad experiences with

Had air leaking from one tire on our Honda Odyssey. I'm usually wary of dealerships but a relative got a good deal there on tires so I figured I'd give them a try. I assumed I'd be buying at least a pair of new tires. Nope. They discovered it was just a leaking valve related to the air pressure monitoring system. Fixed in about an hour. Parts and labor and tax = $47. Yes, I drove out of a dealership with the issue fixed for less than fifty bucks! I couldn't believe it.

My 2017 Odysse leaking fluid during our trip sending kid to college in Pittsburg. Towed to this dealership to check and continued trip by renting car. Apparently this dealership is short of manpower in busy summer season. My vehicle stayed in shop for whole day w/o technican checking it. We back Saturday morning (selected this dealer mainly because it open Saturday). Thanks service advisor Nick Rinehimer to be a life saver, he checked my vehicle and fixed the overflowing transmission fluid issue before shop closing at noon. We can finally drive our car back to Boston. Thank you Nick for going extra

1st let me say I waited 20 or more mins before someone even came to me and my husband to ask us what we were looking for, 2nd I was trading a Nissan Titan for a Honda CR-V.. nice car but the car they were trying to sell me wasn’t even on the lot and was not the color I was looking for, when it came to numbers they were trying to tell us my vehicle was in an accident, which it never was. I was willing to try to work with them but they were not will to come down 40.00 dollars to meet me half way. Rick can keep his business I’ll go go to another dealership to find the car I want.

Absolutely had the worst experience with the service department. Called on a Thursday regarding my cars issue asked if I could have it towed that evening they would work it in on Friday. No call Friday, stopped in Friday after work they said they would get it in Saturday it was urgent I needed my car and no loaner. Again no call Saturday. They were Closed Monday for the Holiday. Called first thing Tuesday was told it was next to go in. Again after lunch I called and someone was to call me back, they didn’t. I stopped in that evening and there were two gentleman at the desk and were very disrespectful

Pretty shady. My first clue should have been when they inflated the MSRP on a quote I asked for. Do they not know people can get that online? So big day I contact them about purchasing. I get the classic this is the last one and how there's a shortage of these - no other dealers seem to have a shortage of them, been getting a lot of offers. Then the double dip kicker "we won't sell it to you unless you have a trade in" - because you know we have to make even more off you by selling your used car after inflating the price of your new one.

I’ve NEVER had such wonderful service from a Honda service department and we have lived all over the US and only purchase Hondas. I spoke to the service manager about what I thought was a lack of communication regarding an ordered part and he literally picked up my vehicle on a day that worked to me, from MY HOUSE and brought it back after it was installed that afternoon. Fortunately he lives close to me but I consider this serious above and beyond care. This was our first dealing with this service department and after this occasion, they’ll be the only service center we’ll use.

Really pleased with the service and ease of the transaction. All staff were very friendly, laid back and welcoming, which is a sharp contrast to other dealerships I have worked with and visited.
