I have used Ben's a couple times for moving over the years. This last time was for packing up my kitchen getting ready for a remodel. They NEVER disappoint. They are very fairly priced, prompt, courteous, efficient, and extremely accommodating. I have never had a bad experience with them and have referred them to many friends and will continue to use them over the coming years. Love them.

Unprofessional and made my move that much more stressful. I spoke to Ben over the phone and booked my move more than 2 weeks in advance. He said he would call the day before my move to confirm and secure payment. When I did not hear from the company, I called and was told there was no record or booking for my move that was to happen Saturday, the following morning. Ben called me and immediately was defensive, blamed me for his mistake saying he has not made one mistake in the 20 years he has been doing this. My wife and I were driving home from dinner last night, and when driving past there was a pile of stuff shoved all the way at the curb. Cabinets, lamps, vases, tables, chairs, etc... We were curious about it whether it was garbage the owners were trying to get rid of or something else-- so we pulled around to look at it a little closer to see if there was a sign on it since it was dark outside. Everything about this experience has been the best we have ever had. Ben was super helpful and responsive, even sent out an extra guy so we could get everything done more quickly and I cannot speak highly enough about the crew that came and loaded and unloaded the trucks. James, James, Jeremy, Keith, and Bob were professional, helpful, careful, and just fun to be around. It poured and then got super humid and these guys didn’t complain once. Not one thing got broken. Ben’s has the best prices compared to other moving companies but their service and crews are top notch! Thanks again guys!

I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. The only positive things I can post, is that they are local and that they are inexpensive.
The issue's started with the movement of household goods. A day prior the owners son (Ben) changed the cost of moving items. At this point, it was too late to select a different moving company so we ate the cost. The day of the move the moving team damaged the fridge by hitting the door frame. When we went to submit the insurance claim, Ben stated he would only give a 50 credit towards moving out of storage.
