Terrible terrible people. We had a house fire in 2016 that nearly affected that caused us to start totally new construction, DKI was assigned to the job right after this happened. They were planned to do inventory for a couple days to count up our personal items that remained in the home, this turned out to be a disaster. We were let in the home after the fire was extinguished to see the damage and what remained; we noticed all of our personal belongings still where they were originally (this being prior to inventory) these items included expensive sports memorabilia, signed jerseys, electronics

We recently ran into an unexpected issue with sheet rock. After spending a good part of my morning calling every handyman and contractor Google could pull up I made I made one final call to DKI. I spoke with Megan and she went right to work on finding someone to come out within a day of my call. Mind you everyone else I called either did not answer, didn't return my call or were too busy with other work.
