This company is great. I had a new metal roof in a couple days - Chris, Angel, and the rest of the crew worked from early morning until almost dark They used tarps on ground and covered a/c while ripping off shingles. Professional, courteous, cleaned up the yard after so nothing was left behind. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone thinking of replacing their roof.

My roof sprung a leak and I was in a panic. I called several companies and asked for inspections with estimates from every one of them. I even called the previous roofing company to discuss my warranty (still have) and of course they were as helpful as a 3 cent coin. Everyone I spoke with was very cooperative and professional. This was indicative across the board from the sales staff to the office staff to the roof repairmen. The repairmen were here for 4 hours to repair a small section in my roof and did not stop once. They were polite, knowledgeable, and very amenable. I would definitely recommend RIG to anyone who needs a roof repair.

Great experience with RIG! They came and took care of my roof last year, and have had no problems at all. But the most important part is they have been back 3 times in the past year to maintain and check on my roof. I see the guys on my roof, then they send me an email. Wonderful experience. I contacted RIG roofing and they were able to get me an appointment with in a couple of days. The roofing contractor Nathan that came to our home was right on time and very professional. With the Florida rainy season upon us I had been hearing some dripping noises coming from the ceiling after a heavy down pour. Upon Nathan's initial inspection he was unable to find any evidence of a water leak. I was comfortable with his a analysis but he insisted that he go a step further to insure that nothing was seriously going on. From the initial visit by Jacob for pricing until the last shingle was placed and our yard and driveway completely cleaned we were extremely pleased with RIG Roofing. These guys are absolutely fantastic. They came right out after we called them. The quote was done basically overnight. Best of all -- and this is almost unheard of -- they were out to do the work a week and a half (roughly 10 days) after we signed. The job was done in 3 days. The gutters had to be custom-made -- James paid extra attention to the style of the house (see pictures) and understood that normal gutters just wouldn't cut it.
