This is the kind of "quality" you get. I reached out to Witmer (same pics attached) and received this back from Kevin Schlinkmann who is the President of Witmer when I thought maybe a dud somehow made it through, unfortunately this seems like the norm. "However, the items that you mentioned fall within the standards of that product. If you look at the floor model at Steinhafel’s, it will be representative of what you received. No you were closed and taking orders for furniture. The store I went to said that you were open and in fact you weren't. So you were taking orders knowing that you had no intention of making. If you were open when the state shut everything down you were in fact defying a state order and playing with people's lives!!!!!!!!

January 2016 we bought a couple dressers and a bed set with the drawers below.We had it delivered and set up by Furniture & Appliance in Plover. This spring we put in solid hardwood floors and had to remove everything in the house. As we took out the drawers one handle was quite obvious not in the correct location. Never noticed it while set up as we have a small bedroom and this one happened to be located the farthest from the door with no actual way to look at it straight on.

We purchased their American Mission II King Bed set from HOM furniture. We already own the same bed in a queen size that we purchased in 2000 and expected the same fit, finish and quality. Unfortunately, they have made many changes since, including the stain color, smoothness of the finish and side rails that don't fit. The footboard is about 4" lower and the headboard is about 2" higher than our queen bed and the photos pictured online. The footboard is even with the mattress and looks awkward.
