Services
Unit Building Services began in 1972 as a merit shop, design-build and general contractor. Steve Schmidlin assumed the leadership role as President in 1993. Steve continued to grow Unit - a company built on the integrity and values of his father, Tom Schmidlin, a residential and commercial builder, and the legacy of his grandfather, P.K. Solon, a residential builder and developer.
Pricing at the preliminary drawing phase, or in some cases, after seeing the site civil drawings. As-built drawings and a comprehensive Owner's Manual containing subcontractor and supplier list, warranty and maintenance information and finish schedules. Unit Building Services has been performing design-build construction since its start in 1972.
