Agentis office and field staff were professional, polite and patient in answering all of my questions. Field staff was punctual, friendly, respectful of my home, worked efficiently, did a nice job installing the unit, showed me basic operation and cleaned everything up.

0ur household was having problems with water pressure. Called Agentis and set up an appointment. Was given a time and date. Their agent called ahead of time and everything was going great. Matt, a super polite and nice guy showed up. I explained everything and showed some of the other problems we were having. Matt gave us his professional diagnosis and an estimate for the repairs. Matt felt that our problem with the water pressure was that our water softener was way too old to be effective. I called this company and they were fast to respond. They sent a crew out to see what the issue was, along with a free estimate. Mason/Daniel figured out the issue and gave me the estimate right away. If I declined, they would of just left and no charge for coming out. I accepted their offer and they went right to work. Our hot water heater developed a leak and needed to be replaced. On day one I contacted 2 companies about what I needed, a new water heater installed ASAP since we had no hot water. One company visited our house to inspect the job ($100 visit charge). Both said that they would check availability and get back to me and both were concerned about immediate availability of an 80-gal heater which left me very concerned about when this replacement could happen.
That night I was driving on Rt 22 and saw the billboard for Agentis. I was reminded of all the adds I had heard on the radio over the years

I called Agentis to install a dishwasher in my kitchen after the team the big box retailer sent refused to do the install due to a "couple line". They were able to tell me the scope of the job over the phone, and they were willing to schedule me as early as the same afternoon. Eric came and did a great job. He put a mat down while doing the work and then swept up after himself when the job was complete. He ran the new dishwasher to ensure no leaks. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Agentis for plumbing work in the future.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night and they had a service tech over to us within 30 min. Their pricing was very reasonable and we were incredibly satisfied with the work done. Their service tech Earl, was quick, professional, smart and a delight to chat with! We never heard of Agentis prior, but will absolutely recommend them in the future. Very highly recommend!!

Extremely professional, showed up on time. the outstanding job they did removing an old cast iron sewer stacking replacing it with pvc., very neat as well. the extent of the work they had to do I would I would… have to say they were quick in my opinion. when I came down to look i would ask questions and they took the time to answer. they went the extra mile in my book.
