Southern Lighting Designs is THE company you need for your lighting project! Anthony and his team were amazing from beginning to end. He was super helpful during the initial consult and recommended a great solution for our lighting needs (we wanted "bistro-style" string lights on our upper deck but weren't sure which design was best). We had several lighting companies come out to provide quotes and these guys were ABSOLUTELY the best option for balancing both quality and affordability. We are so happy with the end result. Anthony Tovar/Southern Lighting Designs is who to call for lighting. It is hard to find someone with his customer service and abilities in any industry. He is straight-forward with everything, affordable, provides excellent service, and he actually follows up with customers to see if you need any adjustments or changes. I was blown away by that the first time, and he continues to provide that level of service time and again (i've had him back to do more work numerous times already).

I wanted to put in landscape lighting for years in order to make our own use of our yard more pleasant but also to improve street appeal. I have put it off for years because I always heard that it would cost many thousands of dollars. Last year I decided to get some bids and was bummed that many came back at least $5,000 or above. From start to finish our experience was excellent. We had just purchased a new home and wanted to add a smart system for our lighting, but had no idea where to start. Southern Lightning helped guide us on what options we had, helped us make a plan, and then installed and programmed everything with our Wifi, and even checked in later to make sure everything was going smoothly. I couldn’t recommend them enough! We’ll definitely use them again as we add more and more to our home.

After my installer went out of business I needed to find someone new to service my outdoor lighting. I messaged Anthony and received a reply within a few minutes. Anthony was up front and clear about his charges which was refreshing and he scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Upon arriving, Anthony showed he was very knowledgeable and experienced in the industry and was able to fix all of my issues, clean up the install a bit, and add a light for me. I was extremely happy and, more importantly, so was my wife. We will definitely be working with Anthony in the future!

Southern Lighting Designs' Anthony Tovar is excellent. He won our business over two other contractors. He replaced our path lighting along our driveway with ten (10) new Volt fixtures, tying into the existing transformer. He set them up perfectly in the daylight. The view at night required no additional adjustments. He added the Lutron Caseta Smart System, which enables wireless control and scheduling. He also installed a Ring Floodlight Camera in about 20 minutes. This guy knows his stuff, so we will be back - Highly recommended !

Anthony did an amazing job with my indoor lights! I knew I picked the right person when when he was up front with me about everything from the beginning. It’s hard to trust someone you do not know but Anthony gave me a sense of relief when he was explaining everything. He has great knowledge in his line of work and I would totally call him again!
