Brian and his guy's were awesome were professional and courteous showed up in plain white vehicles no advertising for bed bugs. We purchased a new home and upon demolition found bed bugs being concerned we started doing research and decided to go with eco therm I am very confident that with the thorough and professional job they did we will be bug free as everything that was here is dead on the floor and with the warranty they provided it's a extra piece of mind so thank you Brian and crew for the great job and will be recommending you to anyone who I hear had the unfortunate luck we had. I am going to assume the other reviews of this business are from friends or family members because "reputable, easy and respectful" are not words to describe the man encountered today. I would use more words like hack or rude. Did not show up on time or at all for that matter the first time he was supposed to be there. Not even enough courtesy for a phone call to say "hey im not going to make it today." This man was extremely rude to my DISABLED VETERAN father and then proceeds to tell him "if he cant get them the first time" after telling him he would be able to do the job, that it would be 200
