The owners/operators Elaine and her hubby never show signs of weariness even working at this facility seemingly seven days a week until the office closes each day at 6:00pm, staying even longer when necessary to help their customers. Their kindness, patience, flexibility, understanding, and helpfulness have been infallible.
The climate controlled storage units are clean and well-maintained. There are flatbed dollies available for use and elevators to the second and third floors. The facility has secure keypad entry and exit, setting an alarm for one's individual unit upon exiting.

Elaine is amazing!! We had a truck reserved elsewhere and when we learned they had given it away, Elaine went on a hunt to find us one!!! AND we didn't miss a beat in our move. She was so good to us we even booked another truck for our final weekend of moving and she handled it right there in her office!! SHE IS THE BEST! If customer service is important to you... this is the place to rent from or store with! Love these guys!!

Very Clean and Safe Facility. Hank and Chris does awesome, Exceptional Service, always going above and beyond!! If it was up to me, you guys deserve 10++++ stars!!! Anyone looking for a storage unit should consider this place first. Not only do I feel comfort knowing my stuff is safe, staff is on call in case of an emergency. Really great asset!!
