I would like to leave positive feedback for the experience that I had with Patrick at Construction Unlimited. I've known Patrick for years in a professional sense, so when he helped to identify hail damage on my roof from multiple storms in Winter Park, there was no doubt in my mind that I would proceed with his firm.
Patrick walked me through every step of the process and even helped accommodate my late requests as far as construction timelines around the holiday and dog schedules (the dogs didn't like the noises).

When our roof was damaged to the point of needing to be replaced, we contacted Lowes which used Construction Unlimited to install our new roof. I was very pleased during the process but developed a small issue after 18 months. I contacted the main office and within one hour was called by Austin Stellato who arrived that same day to inspect the situation. He made a temporary repair and then sent a specialist to inspect with him and come to a decision on the best course of action. The work has been completed in a very timely manner. A big tree fell on my roof and I had to replace the whole roof. I am very please with the work by Construction Unlimited. The whole project team has been very responsive to whatever questions I have. The project contact James is always available and would pick up my call within two rings. They even responded to my e-mails very quickly during late night on weekend. The roofing crew led by Raymond did a fantastic job. The clean up after they finished the roofing work was impressive. I just wish that I had the chance to say thank you to Raymond in person as the crew just left quietly after the clean
