We've seen it all - and cleaned it. We clean carpet thoroughly and safely. Our cleaning agents are carefully formulated and have been thoroughly tested for safety - particularly for babies and pets.
Our rates are not hourly. They're based on the number and sizes of rooms. We take our time at your home or business - to make sure we do the job right. We have extensive training, and we never schedule more work than we can do in a day. Our competitors don't take the time that we do or have the same level of training or experience.

I had a great experience today with Aaron and Windell's Carpet Care! He came and cleaned our air ducts, and I'm so glad we had it done. It was super easy to set up the appointment with Aaron, with just a few messages. He was on-time, actually beat me there 🙂 He's super friendly and did a great job. We would highly recommend using him and will do so again!

Aaron was right on time and very professional and courteous. I had some rather unusual requests and he was very honest about what he could and could not do and what to expect. He was also reasonably priced. From the moment he arrived he filled me in on the process and after care. I preferred him to a larger company like Stanley Steamer because I believe he worked harder to do his best work, (since it was his business after all). I was very pleased with the results and will definetly use Windells Carpet Care service again in the future.

Windell’s did an amazing job on our carpets. We had a family pet that was very sick before she passed and we could not get the carpet clean with our personal carpet cleaner. I thought it would have to be replaced but after Windell’s cleaning, it’s bright, fresh and smells terrific in our house again. We are thoroughly impressed and grateful for the outcome. Very knowledgeable as well and explained everything upfront. Great job!!
