Single Hung windows have a top sash that is fixed in place and lower sash that you are able to move up and down and also tilt in for easy cleaning. I had Windows Plus replace my old windows and while Cliff was friendly and very responsive when it came to getting the windows initially installed, as soon as I started to run into issues with the windows, he was impossible to get a hold of. After trying to get my windows looked at for 4 months, I eventually had to go directly to the manufacturer to get the windows replaced. After replacing those windows myself, another window broke in a way that I can't resolve myself. It feels like pulling teeth trying to get Cliff to honor his warranty. I would not use them.
