L&M Heating and Cooling was founded in 2014. We are a family owned business that treats our clients like family. Our employees have over 15 years of HVAC experience and proudly install Trane products because they are built in the United States. We serve Monmouth, Middlesex, Union, and Somerset County.
L&M Heating and Cooling offers commercial and industrial HVAC service. We service chilled water and glycol building applications as well as cooling tower services and maintenance. Our experience lets us work with 1.5 tons to 1,000 tons of cooling. We service Daikin VRV (also known as VRF) systems, Variable Frequency Drives, and Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems.
We perform many multi-faceted projects to ensure that the business or home is able to achieve all of it's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs. I cannot express how HORRIBLE L&M Service is. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and unreasonable. They put our ac units in for my preschool, and then neglected to schedule regular maintenance but had no problem charging us the outrageously high quarterly fee. I finally switched after 4 years, and am so grateful and happy to have a new service provider. These guys are untrustworthy- do not use them!!
