They diagnosed the problem with both my refrigerator and dishwasher and made the repairs quickly. Because the compressor was out on the fridge we could have been looking at purchasing a new one, but they came up with a very creative solution that saved us a lot of money and trouble. The cost was very reasonable.I would highly recommend Tom to anyone.

Unfortunately my fridge couldn't be repaired but John was on time, professional and gave me some good advice about replacing it. They only charge $59 for the service call. There's another appliance repair place in town that charges $99.95 and good luck getting them to show up. I will ALWAYS call Action Appliance first!

Our barely used front loading washer was leaking & making a rattling noise so we called Action and 'Mike' came to our house. His diagnosis consisted of opening the washer door, rotating the drum once by hand and stating that the "bearing was shot, too costly to repair and washer should be replaced". His appraisal took all of a few minutes while never even turning the machine on and charged us $85.

Great guy, very friendly and nice. Quickly told me what I expected heating element was bad. The only bummer was price. The part was 50 local, the amazon price was 20. If he got online 160$ less then an hour of work. I was a little shocked honestly when he told me the price. Some dryers may require more work to switch out, however mine is a little box on the back 10 bolts and your done. I order the part for 20$ and will replace myself. I took apart soon as he left, took me 10 minutes. 10 bolts, 2 wires, then to replace, 2 wires, 10 bolts.

Trusted professionals. John came over to check my dryer. Initially, he thought it could be fixed. After an hour of checking everything, and even cleaning some of the debris, he realized the machine was totally dead. The charge was as promised $39.00. He spent a lot of time and I appreciated the honesty.
