Description: Located in the heart of Morningside's historic community, Morningside Park's $1.4 Million tennis court renovation and addition offers the city eight new asphalt tennis courts for the general public to enjoy. This scope included furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the demolition and reconstruction of the existing seven tennis courts, and the addition of one new court.

Stole some of our equipment. We were working a job for this company and they have no clue what they are doing. We went to pick up our equipment and they were using our equipment and refused to give it back. They said they rented it from united rentals. When we called united rentals they said no they didn't rent it to them. When they were caught lying they got very upset and told us to leave. We are still onsite with the police to get our stolen stuff back. Stay away from this company nothing but thieves

Our experience with Waypoint as a GC has been seamless. WE were awarded a couple different projects and there superintendent Antwan Foster, has kept us in the loop, made sure that when we were scheduled to be onsite everything needed for us to do our work was present, and highly professional. Mario from Waypoint reached out to us via email once offering us work for their clients, I however was iffy because we get calls and emails like this all the time selling leads or customers. However I was wrong, Mario was persistent, Mario believed that my company Big Al's Roofing can offer quality service to their customers.
