Bad service don't hesitate just go some were else the owner is a scam and the wokers don't know what is going on very poor communication and charge you for things they don't explain the owner also treats you bad saying his some king or something just don't just go get someone else to help you or you'll end up with items scratched and stained and a big bill.

I heard good things until the actual movers showed up. I hate to think the whole company is as unprofessional and the few individuals who arrived to move my things. We used their service a month ago and as we've been unpacking over the weeks too many little things are missing. Walls are scratched, dent in the ceiling, etc... I took photos of the movers slowly moving small items one at a time to make me pay for more hours. I wouldn't recommend.

These movers are fantastic. They go the extra mile to make sure that your furniture doesn't get scratched, and they are very efficient. They moved my grand piano without a scratch. They blanket and wrap everything, and have their own large moving truck. Their prices are very reasonable. I absolutely recommend these movers, and will absolutely call them again if I need moving services in the future.

The movers were great. I booked them real last minute & on a Sunday! It was my first time using movers so not sure how good the price was. I moved from McAllen to mission. It was a 2 bedroom apartment so didn't have too many things to move. The 2 men were able to finish in exactly 2 hours which was the minimum amount of time needed in order to book them. I ended up paying $150. $70/hour & $10 cause they wrapped two of my dressers with plastic wrap. They didn't scratch or ruin anything so I was happy. The only thing that was eh was that their main language is Spanish & my husband

From the reviews I had read, I generally thought people had a good experience. I wasn't one of the former reviews. Lack of communication, poor planning, and long delivery times have led me to give this company only 2 stars.
I made a move from McAllen, TX to Austin, TX. The owner of Lui Lui came to my apt to give me a free estimate and the price seemed reasonable and the date worked out perfect for both of us. The quoted price was only a few hundred dollars more than I had paid for a shorter move from Corpus Christi to McAllen a couple of years ago, so I decided that it was good deal.

We hired this company to pack and move us. We moved less than a mile down the road. They packed and it should have taken no longer than 3 hours to move us. IT TOOK THEM 6 HOURS!! I have moved a lot and know that it should not have taken that long. When we were unpacking, we were missing our prescription medications, hats, and a few household items. They also left our safe and a box of books in the elevator at our old residence. Our previous neighbor noticed the safe had been busted open and it was in the dumpster. We hired this business to move us out of our home this weekend. They stole my Mother's dolly! They had been using it to make the moving easier. When my mom called the next morning (Saturday) to ask for it, one of the movers admitted he had reminded his partner it belonged to us as they were packing up and the guy insisted he pack it anyway!
