Let me just start by saying overall the I am happy for installation of my new 2 egress windows, they look great and provide a amazing amount of light to our basement.
With the said it was not all sunshine and fairytales. From start to finish I think it was +4 months, which was 100% too long of a time period for this work. It was not supply shortage related. It was a two-fold issue, one was Edgar and his first Engineer that flaked out of him. After that was cleared up it was the Denver Planning department completely dropped the ball and left our permit in the queue while they were out for at least

Edgar is THE guy to call in the Denver metro to install an egress. I got a ton of quotes and he was definitely the most reasonably priced and showed the most care in determining the placement of the new window and ensuring I would be satisfied with the result. His crew were extremely fast in completing the work and did a perfect job.

I had a 48x48 egress window installed to start my basement finishing project. I feel so lucky that I found Edgar! This crew is extremely efficient and professional.
Others warned me that this would be a messy job and my house would be covered in dust...not for me! My house was totally livable during the whole 3 day process and the crew cleaned up everything for us.
During the clean up day (day 3), it started hailing and pouring rain. I invited the crew inside but they just kept working! I couldn't believe how hard working these guys are.
Additionally, I highly recommend upgrading to the larger

Edgar and his crew installed an egress window and two slider windows in our basement. They did an outstanding job. It was an excellent experience from the time Edgar gave us the estimate until the job was completed. Very professional, honest, and excellent communication skills. We really like our windows especially the egress window. We now get so much light in a basement that was once dark. They left our residence spotless. We recommend Edgar and his crew. They definitely take pride in their work.

Edgar and crew did an excellent job replacing two old basement windows with gorgeous three position European style egress windows. It only took three days, in a snow storm, to complete both windows. Passed inspection today with flying colors. Very competitive pricing and an easy transaction from permitting to completion. Would definitely recommend.

Edgar and his crew did a great job completing an egress window for our basement. They took all necessary steps to do the job correct and left the place the clean when they left. They also went above and beyond on a few other things such as putting the dirt in an area I requested and using plastic on the inside of the house for dust control. These guys were also priced better than most of the competition. If I need an egress window I stalled in the future, I will call these guys

Edgar and his crew did a great job. did all the work inside and out. Had other companies state they would not do any interior trim work. He also put in a better quality window than what I had seen for other jobs. His quoted price was much lower than other companies. Included permit costs. I would recommend him to anyone needing egress windows.
