The guy came out said he would give me a quote two weeks later or more I have not heard from anyone so I called them and then they said that they would get me the quotes and I had to call two more times after that and still didn’t get anything. This place is very unprofessional I will never use them.

Recently, "Mike" from Estes Park Plumbers came out to replace our leaking garbage disposal. We were happy we could get someone out the same day, even though we explained this wasn't an emergency.
He completed the install in less than 45 minutes, and everything looks and works great.
However, the invoice simply listed a total of $381. I asked him about breaking out parts and labor and he declined and said basically, "this is the way we do it".
I've learned that the retail cost of a Badger 5 Insinkerator ranges in price from $100-200, which means they charged at LEAST $180 for less than an hour
