We use a project management software from the estimate to the completion of the project that puts all information in one place. Each client gets a dedicated login and page that includes all documents, daily logs, pics, messages and invoices.
You will meet Mike during your estimate process. He will be assisting you during the pre-construction phase with providing answers from preliminary phases of estimate to the final proposal. Mike is always available to all our customers but does hand off your project to the Operations Coordinator for the everyday needs of your job once the final proposal is complete.

BPCI remodeled our old windowless standard Shower/Tub bathroom into a most wonderful walk in shower space. The project included opening up the ceiling to natural light via skylight. The entire staff was professional, creative and personal. The final product (under budget) is a space that I truly appreciate every single time I enter it. Hats off to Blue Pine!!

Blue Pine completed a mudroom addition and a full exterior restoration of our 1906 home restoring it to its original glory! We couldn't be more happy with the result. We contracted with Blue Pine to have our deck rebuilt and a patio added to the back of our garage. We could not be happier with the work and outcome. The workmanship is excellent and and Joe and the crew were very responsive and professional. When I first contacted Blue Pine Construction I got the feeling that I was dealing with a professional company. When I met with Mike to go over the specifications for the project, my initial impression was confirmed. He is very knowledgable and easy to work with. He provided some good suggestions for my new workshop as well as letting me know about any code requirements that we will need to consider.

These folks are awesome. Over time, they have built our garage, gates & fences, and a new back porch. Our most recent project involved them installing tracked wooden storm windows, which not only fit perfectly, but look fantastic on our old house. Mike (one of the owners) has a great eye for detail, and approaches problems with elegant solutions. I have to say, we are totally satisfied with the quality of their work. We are looking forward to using them again.

Blue Pine Construction completed our huge backyard project that includes a large covered patio cover, storage unit, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and fire pit. We've worked with the owners (Mike and Lorilyn) since January 2019 and they were AMAZING throughout every step of the process. Their quality of work is great (my husband's in the construction business so he has a keen eye) and short cuts are never taken. The Blue Pine crew guys are always super nice and respectful. The subs they hire are really great too.

Mike and his crew at Blue Pine Construction did a fantastic job on our outdoor space. Mike helped us come up with a great design for our deck and a wonderful built in grill that we enjoy immensely, he had all kinds of ideas for details that we would not have thought of We found them easy to work with and would use them again in a heartbeat. I just had a deck railing installed by Blue Pine Construction (Mike) and I am very pleased of the result and how everything was done. The crew was here on time everyday and finished the project on time. The quality of the work is very good and executed with care and with attention to detail. These guys are amazing! Built my patio cover for a huge concrete patio. I walked out and it was so much better and bigger that we even expected. They crew was super nice and efficient - finished in under a week. Looking forward to many days bbqing under our amazing patio - thanks to everyone at Blue Pine Construction. Their pricing can't be beat - we called around to 15 companies and they were the fastest, most affordable, and seemed the most caring and professional about our job out of all of them. Can't recommend them enough.
