In October, I got locked out at around midnight. I called several locksmiths and forget their 24 hour service because they literally did not respond or flat out refused to come. Junior came that morning and did an awesome job of helping me. Not only that, he was polite and professional and got the job done. Thank you very much.

Needed emergency appointment to have all house locks changed on a Sunday afternoon and they had a tech dispatched right away and at my house 45 minutes later. Lee, the tech, called to verify my information and check to make sure he was bringing the correct hardware. He was very courteous, kind, and respectful. The price was great and less than I expected for the emergency service and amount of locks we had replaced. Absolutely recommend this business.

When I got there, the owner immediately welcomed me and asked me how could he help me. I needed a car key made. He immediately quoted me a great price and told me how long it would take to make the new key. Only took 15 minutes WITH multiple interruptions from other customers. Last time I had a key made at the dealership it cost twice as much and took 2 hours. Would recommend this locksmith over any others.

For starters they pulled up in an unprofessional work van. Worked on making a new key for my mercedes for 4 hours, just to tell me that he couldn't do it. he asked me to take my ignition with him i declined. they left things purposely unhooked in my vehicle to be spiteful. i wouldn't recommend this place.

Lamar came same day to fix our lock a few weeks ago. Not only was his service fast and complete, he was 100% transparent in regards to what work he recommended and why and what the cost broke down to be. He did a spectacular job fixing our lock which had been an issue for almost 6 months after several other locksmiths had claimed to have fixed it. We did have to replace some of the keys for people in our building but once that was done we have all been able to use the key and door without any difficulty.

Fantastic sevice start to finish. This was the 7th placed I called, on the reccomendation from a locksmith who doesnt do mobile service. Marie answered the phone, she was polite, helpful and patient. She even told me about different insurance programs and waited while i contacted my insurnace company.... alas progressive doesnt do claims for replacement keys. She gave me a solid estimate, that the technician followed through with, no hidden fees, no nonsense, very honest and up front. Junior, garnet, came to the house about 40 mins after my call, he was also incredibly polite and kind. He worked

I lost my 2000 Jaguar XJ8 ignition key on Friday and called so many place who originally thought that they could make a key for me and kept coming up short because of the complicated nature of my key. I was extremely frustrated and thought I'd try again on Saturday morning and came across Lamar Locksmith and everything went extremely well from the time I contacted someone at the office until the technician, Daniel made the key. They were prompt, affordable, and tackled a tough issue. I highly recommend Lamar Locksmith!

Unlocked my car. Sketchy bait and switch pricing. Quoted $45 on phone, guy shows up and goes on about how my 17 year old dodge with no alarm has "high security" etc so it should be $150 but he'll do it for $100. Got it done for $80 cash, asked for a receipt, given a blank invoice to fill out what I wanted(what?)
Took him 30 seconds(as expected), didn't have to pick the lock or anything(balloon in door + hook).
Fairly fast response, my car IS unlocked, but sleazy haggly pricing and refusal to provide a real receipt(definitely didn't pay tax ha)

Paid $250 to get my key replaced and over a month later am STILL having issues with the key. What's their suggestion???? Go to CVS. NO REFUND. NO APOLOGY. NO EMPATHY. NO PROFESSIONALISM.

New Location... awesome service 24/7. I called with about 1.5 hour notice on a Sunday afternoon to ask if Lamar could cut and program my blank 2010 Toyota Sequoia key which I had purchased online. He asked me to call back with a 15 minute notice of when I would be stopping by so he could be there to help me. I did that and then drove over to his new place. He was super friendly and very professional. He cut my key and programmed it on the spot... including a brief tutor on how it is done, etc. It took him about 15 mins in total to both cut and program my key. $60 charge. Overall... awesome
