My husband and I want to put in a custom island for our kitchen. We met with Brad in person and talked about our wants/needs for our new island and provided him with the dimensions of our kitchen. We were told that we would have a design by the next week. That was 3 weeks ago. Last week (2 weeks after meeting), my husband sent Brad an email asking when we would have our design. Brad responded by asking us all of the same questions we talked about the week before at our in person meeting. It has been 3 weeks since our initial meeting and we haven’t received a design yet for our kitchen island
