Demmis is very responsive , professional, and reasonablly priced. I had a an emergency sump pump issue come up at a time when a lot of others did too. However, Demmiis was able to squeeze me in (and not squeeze me on pricing). In additionl to that emergency call I have used Demmis for regular repairs. They always show up when they say they will and provide quality service.

I am in Bolingbrook. the Water Heater broke - water started gushing out from the internal tank. found them online and requested a quote. They called right away and arranged to install a new water heater the very next day.
the guys were just here and they did an EXCELLENT JOB! Very courteous, professional, and worked quickly. Their service is very convenient, fast, professional, and I am VERY SATISFIED! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We appreciated Alex coming to help us last Thursday by the end of a long day. We understand how difficult some clients can be and how exhausted and energy drained a person can get after a long day of dealing with people. Alex did a great job explaining what we needed and Sam was excellent answering and sending us messages to let us know the exact time Alex was coming and also gave us a heads up regarding the recent emergencies due to flooding , so that we were able to postpone the appt. to a different day .

I had Alex and his son here today to install a water softener. Fast and efficient work. He took time out of his scheduled work to fit me in, which I appreciate. They removed the old unit and placed it for trash pick-up and notable cleanup. They have earned my recommendation.

Our experience with Demmis Plumbing was outstanding. It was a problem with our sump pump during multiple days of rainstorms. We were due to close on the sale of our home in just a couple of days. Many after-hour plumbers did not even bother to respond to our call because they also were busy. We called Saturday evening, & even though Demmis was swamped also -- they squeezed us in that night. Demmis Plumbing arrived at the time they said they would, diagnosed the issue, & repaired it. We thought it was a failed sump pump that needed to be replaced, but it was so much less. It's not worth recommending. I asked that my water heater drain pan be added but was not placed properly . The heater body is blocking the drainage port. I asked that it pbe roperly positioned he mocked me that I should lift the water heater and he was laughing. He was even making excuse that that the drain pan is not needed. Again if there is anything lower than 1 star that is what he deserves.

Had one of those annoying little problems on a Saturday. Called in the morning, out the same afternoon! Throughout, Dan kept me up to date on his arrival, finished the work fast, and was on the spot with the quote he gave me on the phone. I'll definitely keep these guys handy on my contact list! Also, he showed up with a mask so great job being careful with your customers! Excellent customer service!

I contacted them because his name was on a sticker on the current sump pump and water heater at my mother's older home. Woman who I spoke to when scheduling was great...promised he would call prior to arrival (asked for this because elderly bedridden mother in living room). He did not. When he arrived, had an attitude immediately just because I asked who he was and if he was owner or assistant. Would not introduce himself and seemed to be irritated that I hadn't let him in yet. His truck did not have any signage on it, that's why I asked. He had been to the house before for the same

This gentleman is outstanding. He is excellent st what he does and at a very reasonable price. He came over within hours to fix a frozen water pipe and charged a very readable amount. He also is very kind!

I found Demmis Plumbing through an add in my church bulletin. I called to schedule to get my kitchen sink unclogged (likely due to grease buildup). The woman I spoke with was very helpful and polite. I asked for an appointment on Tuesday, but had to switch it to this afternoon due to a work conflict. I asked if I could meet Alex at 5pm and told her that I thought that this would be a pipe replacement and that it might be a 2-4hr job. She didn't seem phased, and we scheduled the appointment, even though I thought we would need to do the work on another day. I was on time exactly at 5pm

Came out the same day we called. Installed our new toilet fast. We will use them again. Fast Friendly and reasonably priced.

I had a problem with my ejector pump. It took Demmis Plumbing three visits to properly diagnose and fix my problem. While sometimes it may take more than one visit to fix a plumbing problem, I thought three times was excessive. I had flooding twice in my crawl space after he came to fix the issue after the first and second attempted repairs. The problem finally seems to be fixed but since it took 3 visits on three separate days, I am giving Demmis Plumbing 2 stars. I do not recommend Demmis Plumbing.
