Ershad and his crew helped us remodel our house. Overall it was a good experience working with Ershad and his team. We founds the subs on his team to be good at their trade and feel they did a good job. Ershad himself was very involved with the project and would visit the site many times during the day, keeping an eye on the proceedings and helping out as things go. He also was very diligent in communicating and coordinating with us.

Ershad is responsive which is important for this type of work. He checks in to make sure things are progressing well and is a good partner. Renovations can be stressful and you need someone like Ershad who is reliable and do great work with fair pricing.

A total NIGHTMARE! This is the first time I post reviews online, but I feel obligated to educate others, so no one goes through the same nightmare we had to experience with Ershad, Ahura Construction.
Customer satisfaction has no meaning to Ershad, and he is there to collect money upfront before completing the job. He does not know the fundamentals of business and how to interact with customers. He has no proper flow in the project: he started painting before installing hardwood, which required sanding; he installed ducts before sanding without covering the brand-new ducts and he installed cabinets

Ershaad and his team did a great job on our bathroom remodeling. He gave us a competitive quote and was great at communication throughout the project. Once the work started, he was visiting the site at least twice every day to make sure everything was going smoothly. He is truly a genuine, honest and hardworking person. I Bought a specious house this March in the heart of San Jose. I was asking here and there who does have a good reputations in Bay Area with reasonable prices. I came across with the Ahura Construction.
From the pics I was astonished, after renovation has been made by Ershad and his crew , it was completely jaw drop moment for me and my family.
since my house needed a big renovation , we needed to throw out the old carpets, cabinet ,and the shower tile should be removed . They made it easy , they took care of us in the best way it can handle a house of a family of Four.
Anyways I highly recommended

Friendly and at the same time professional I would strongly recommend Ahura Construction. We hired them to take care of the bathroom floor, because of water leak the tiles were coming off. Eric came to have a look and gave a very fair estimate. Work started on the day he promised and I was surprised how fast they were on the job. As the tiles were removed we found the entire wooden floor underneath was rotten because of the leak. Again, very professionally and calmly Eric proposed the solution and explained it well. We hired Ahura constructions for our shower bathroom remodeling project. initially we called them for an estimate. comparatively the estimate was very affordable. Ershad and the crew came to our home on-time everyday . They provided very good work on removing the tiles, existing shower doors, plumbing work , cleanup etc.
He also suggested some good ideas and accepted the inputs from us all the time . We thought it will be a very simple work, but it was a more than expected. Through out the project he updated clearly what is needed and what they were doing.

Ershad did a great job remodeling our home. We had no communication problems and he understood all of our needs from the get-go. We remodeled our back porch, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms and we are very happy with the final result. We were extreamly satisfied with Ahura construction work in our house that we contracted them again to work on the flooring in front of parking. There were some cracks and weed was growing. Ahura construction did an amazing and clean job removing the old slats and concrete, pouring new concrete. They cleaned all the residues and finished the job in a single day. Ershad was the manager and made sure everything was level and clean. Will definitely work again with them in the future.
