Process was unclear. Wasn't aware that an estimator was coming first to evaluate my issue. He came, told.me.id have an estimate in a week and its been month with no information. We'll be finding another company to spend our money with since they don't seem to need ours!

Horrible experience. I dropped a sash off 3 months ago and they still don’t know when It will be repaired (they told me 3 weeks to start). They don’t answer the phone. They miss ordered the glass. I’m going to pick up the sash and bring to another shop. When I did get through to them they said I was lucky to be talking to someone, they usually don’t answer the phone.

Zero stars for Blaine Window and Door.
Awful experience from start to finish. We called to get an estimate to replace 2 exterior doors and repair 2 sliding doors. We scheduled an estimate appointment for their first available date which was 3 weeks after calling. After meeting with the with the estimator, he promised to email us an estimate within the week. After 3 weeks we hadn't gotten anything or heard from the company, I had to call twice to get the estimate emailed to me. When the $18,000 estimate was finally sent, it only represented some of the work we asked for and was so vague, it was

I contacted Blaine to address weatherstripping issues with a sliding glass door and four window openings in my condo.
They provided a total price for the entire job.
They did not complete the job and charged me more to do what should have been done initially.
I agreed to pay them but felt that I being abused.
They were scheduled to come back and finish the job on a Thursday.
They never showed up.
I called them, they came on Friday.
They removed the glass sliding door, and replaced the weatherstripping.
They do not use shoe covers on their shoes.
They tracked dirt back into my condo after
