Would not recommend these guys simply because they do shoddy work. Used them for an insurance claim more than 5 years ago and the crew obviously were in a big hurry to get the job done. One year into the replacement I had a leak. Had a problem with the decking because it was not installed properly. Just in the last month I discovered yet another problem with the decking causing another leak. Quality control is definitely not a priority.

Called and scheduled appt to have someone come out to do inspection on a day I was off which seemed like a seamless process. Day of, no one showed no one called. Just don’t advertise for services that may not be big enough job for you. Call your customers let them know no one is coming.

Note: We used the Mt. Juliet location for all work. Armor Roofing of TN, LLC was contracted to replace our hail-damaged roof. Armor replaced the entire roof except for one rubber flat portion that the Armor employee said was in good shape and should last 20 more years if we didn't suffer any storm damage. About a month after the work was completed, we had heavy rain and our roof leaked. The company came out to inspect, and we were told the leak was from the only part of the roof they didn't replace, but that they'd try to caulk it. After multiple attempts to have someone caulk
