When I formed Paragon Exteriors LLC I had one goal in mind; to provide top quality remodeling services in the Waukesha & Milwaukee County area. After spending a near decade working for other companies, I saw how certain business practices were done and did not feel they were necessarily efficient or always the best choice for the customer, but as an employee it wasn't my place to say anything.
Paragon Exteriors LLC is a full service roofing contractor serving all of Waukesha County, WI and the surrounding areas. Since 2010 we have provided our clients with the best roofing services in the area. From excellent communication and customer service, to the cleanliness of our crews, and our reasonable and affordable pricing, we consistently earn the highest marks from our clients.
By earning certifications through the largest and oldest product manufacturers in the industry, we also include extended warranties from these manufacturers in all our projects. Due to our certifications, we are able to include these extended warranties when most contractors cannot. Many of our featured manufacturers are now 50 year warranties on their products.
Jake did an excellent job when it came to accommodating our schedule. He made several trips to our home and answered our numerous questions very quickly. Additionally, with a winter storm inbound, his team arrived earlier and stayed later in order to turn a 3 day job into 2. We were referred to Paragon from multiple previous customers and would recommend them to others without hesitation.
When Paragon was first started in 2009, it was because Jake was tired of working for other roofing companies that were inefficient, had poor communication and simply did NOT do what they would say they would do! The main goal of Paragon Exteriors is to provide the best roofing experience as possible for our customers.

As we know who who he is, he is currently being investigated by the local sheriff for threats made against the business and is being pursued civilly for defamation towards the company. The above review has been turned over to the sheriff department and our attorney to pursue further action.
