Still never heard from this company at all. I'm under the impression that they will not and have no reason to make an attempt to pursue correcting this issue with me. I'm afraid that my review should accurately remain 1 star.

River City responded to my review here on 10/4 stating they'd contact me yet that day..... I've still not heard from them(10/11). Very disappointed so far unfortunately.
We are disappointed with River City Fence. They seem like really nice people, they gave us a great quote to remove some fence on our property, however they never came out to do

Called 3 times over the period of a month and a half to get an estimate on a vinyl privacy fence and was continually being told I was on a list to be called to set up my estimate. Finally got the call to set up the estimate after the third call, it was set up for that Friday after 5pm. They never showed and didn't get a call or anything saying that it was canceled. After that I gave up and took my business else where. Very unprofessional if they are too busy to take on new customers they need to be straight forward with you and not toy around.
