Had an oil change and tire rotation done. They took long to take my car back when I had an appointment. My mechanic took very good care of my vehicle, a problem I had was when I picked up my vehicle they didn’t explain everything going on with my vehicle. Thankfully I met with the mechanic by my vehicle and he explained everything to keep my vehicle in good shape, what to buy and where to buy it and offered to put the parts on for me but also let me know it’s easy enough for us to get it done at home.

This was my first experience buying a car and I honestly had no idea what I was doing but everyone at Octane was extremely helpful in finding my perfect car and perfect price range. They made my whole process super easy, I went to the dealership having no idea what I wanted and within one day I was driving away with my beautiful new car and have had zero problems since then. The service department was booked solid for days and I was on vacation when my 2021 GMC diesel needed the oil changed. Octane let me come in and worked me in to get the oil changed. This is a special oil for the new diesels and you can't get it at most oil changing places so they really came through for me. I would highly recommend Octane Buick GMC.

Purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Octane Buick GMC of Santa Fe in mid October. My sales person was AQ. He was very personable and I enjoyed working with him. I highly recommend him as a sales men.
Upper management is a nightmare. They have the worst communication and deliver horrendous customer service. I felt forgotten after my purchase.

We purchased a 2021 GMC pickup truck and have had issues with the mirror chrome cover flying off; octane apparently ordered the part on August 20th and as of today we have not heard from Octane. I have left messages for the manager to call me back- no luck. Thief customer service communication is unacceptable.

I'd have gone to South Carolina to find the car I wanted at the price I needed. Fortunately, I found MY car in Santa Fe. The internet sales department was great to work with and was responsive and on top of things the entire time. The whole transaction was conducted online and when we arrived at the dealership everything was exactly as described and explained. No Surprises!

This is an exceptional dealership! Yvette Roybal was the first person I met when I walked in to their showroom, she was super friendly and made me feel like we had known each other for years! I told her my situation and she made sure Guillermo my sales person went above and beyond, we hit a sang with my bank because of another dealership I was dealing with that the deal fell through, however this didn't even become an issue, they handled it like super professionals, when everything finally fell back together, this team of professionals continued the course, I have purchased many vehicles

Love the Octane way! I purchased my Buick in September and had a great experience. Sanitation and Covid practices were outstanding! Fast forward to February and getting my first oil change, another great experience. Jason & the service crew were very welcoming, friendly and efficient. I was late to my appointment and they made me feel on time. It is worth the drive from Albuquerque to get the sales & service Octane offers. If I could give negative stars I would. Octane Buick is your classic sleazy car dealership, right of the gate the salesman James was really passive aggressive and made it a very awkward experience. He also made it very clear before I even test drove vehicle that they don't negotiate because "their prices are fair" Here's fair they are for you, so stupidly I traded in my 2018 4Runner through them and bought a used tundra, they were very firm on what they offered me for my car which was originally $30,000. We stopped at Octane late in the afternoon on our way back to Texas from Colorado after throwing the check engine light. My 2018 Duramax was showing several codes related to the fuel injection system and Austin Martinez kindly got us in immediately to check things out. We left the truck there overnight so they could complete diagnosis and ended up leaving a trailer outside the dealership before going to check in to a hotel. Austin drove by later that evening just to check on the trailer. He gave me a call before noon the next day and had the truck ready to go. They discovered it was a fuel quality

I purchased a truck from Octane with a trade of my older truck. The process was very smooth, with a great staff. They were fair on both the trade and new purchase side. I have taken my truck in for service recalls and to install a truck bed cover, the service / installation was quick and they did a great job. When I was leaving with my new purchase I noticed a defect in the paint in a small area of the bed. It did take them a while to address this issue, but I'm happy to say that it was repaired today. I recently took my 2007 Acadia to Octane for a engine air box replacement and headlight bulbs installed. Initially there was a misunderstanding that was quickly resolved by everyone involved.
