The Primary Care Clinic integrates/incorporates a community practice environment to enhance veterinary students' clinical training in all four years of the curriculum.
The new building is an essential addition to the five hospital Veterinary Health System. The new program is dedicated to training students to manage patients across the entire spectrum of care, emphasizing the importance of offering clients diagnostic and treatment options across the socioeconomic spectrum.
The renovation increases the operating room capacity and creates a heightened focus on improving the patient experience beginning with arrival at the front door. From complimentary food service to private 3-D viewing of your loved one's surgery if desired, to the umbrella-covered escort to your car upon departure, the high-end patient experience is front of mind and supported by a state-of-the-art clinic, operating rooms, and equipment.
