After reading reviews about all the big movers I was in a panic about our mover from So. California to just outside Denver. The reviews we filled with movers that did not show up at the requested time, broke furniture and then held up the client for additional monies prior to unloading the truck! Well, our experience with Serna was the opposite of all those reviews.
Serna's Relocation Systems, an agent for Mayflower, one of the nation's largest household goods movers, has been officially certified as a ProMover by the industry's trade group, the American Moving & Storage Association (AMSA). AMSA provides ProMover certification only after the designated moving company has passed a background check of its operations and has agreed to abide by a set of honorable business practices and AMSA's Code of Ethics.

These movers were fantastic! They handled a complicated move of items from our church to an office and to storage with smiles on their faces, even when multiple people were giving them different versions of the information. They helped pack items in the storage unit and rearranged them until it worked! Thank you for making this part of the process easy and stress free!

Felipe Serna, Reina (office coordinator), an outstanding moving van driver and Serna's entire crew did an amazingly exceptional job with my move from So.CA. to AZ. Felipe was informative with my many questions as well as flexible with my changes made throughout the process. Reina was supportive with my requests and so kind every time I called in, making things easy on me. The crew handled my furnishings with care and respect. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES!! I call Mayflower (via Serna Relocation Systems) & talked to Paul Bingham. I asked many questions, was given very straightforward answers & was given many promises. When I requested my items, the amount was almost doubled. Not because there was any changes but because they could. I asked... "So unless I give you ransom money, you wont give me my stuff will you"? Paul responded with... "Pretty much"! It took my 4 months to get the extra cash only to have many 4 items broken/damaged. The ONLY way they get away with it is because they take advantage of those unable to fight

We were making the long move from California to Florida and had heard so many horror stories about moving. We got estimates from 3 different movers and chose Sernas Relocation Systems. We couldn't have been happier with our decision. Everyone was so professional and up front. They delivered on everything. Their estimate was right on the money, they stayed in contact with us through out the entire move, delivery time as promised and we had no damages to our possessions. We would not hesitate to recommend Sernas to anyone making a move, cross country or local in California.
