I called all over Great Falls to get help with a major plumbing issue in my new home many didn’t even respond and others had more than a two week wait. But 911 not only answered but were able to give me a quick appointment and came a day earlier than scheduled when they fit me in after a cancellation. The plumber quickly assessed the situation and fixed the issue professionally and with care. He also gave me advice for a future remodel. I consider 911 “my” plumber now and will use them in the future.

I have had several dealings with this company. Since we live in the country it is hard to find someone to come out here. However, when every trip costs $500 just for transportation, you hope the tech comes prepared. That has not been our experience. One time they came out just to trouble shoot even though we told them what was wrong and sent them many pictures of the system. It became a pattern of one thing adding up to many things. First, they came to unhook the plumbing in the kitchen. We were supposed to give them a call back when we had the faucet that we wanted installed. I called when we had the faucet and he asked if I was available that next week for them to come over. I had to check with my husband to see if he would be able to get out of work to be home for them to come, so I told him I would call back after checking. I called back and spoke to the after hours gentleman and he said he would let the
