I needed my roof replaced; it was old and dated. I hired Don Spencer with American Contracting to replace my roof which was shingles on part and flat rubber on the other part. He and his crew were on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. I was also informed by Don, he and his crew are experienced in all aspects of construction. I would recommend them for any and all roofing or construction needs you may have.

I asked Don for a quote originally on Monday 1/8/18. He told me it would be Thursday or Friday as he had a couple before me. The next Monday I called again as I hadn't heard from him. He told me he was out of town until Wednesday or Thursday and had to take all my information as he claimed my information was on his tablet in his van. My impression was that he either forgot about me or misplaced my information. He told me he'd call when he returned. We have a shingle roof that is 10 years old and when built the shingles were not properly nailed onto the roof (thank you Chris Keefe Builders). Over the last two years shingles have been blowing off on the side most exposed to weather/wind. Don of American Contracting came out and gave us a very reasonable quote to check the entire roof, replace the blown off shingles, and re-nail other loose shingles. The work was completed in a timely (and very friendly) manner. He promised a one year warranty, and believes the roof will now last much longer (as it was supposed to last 25-30 years!) We couldn
