My husband and I had water damage in the lower level of our Lake Ozark home in October. We live in Des Moines and, because of other commitments, we didn't have time to go visit and decide on how we would replace the carpet in the family room, two bedrooms and two baths.
We found Teresa's Tile and Carpet. Without us having to be there, they went out to measure, offered their thoughts on luxury vinyl flooring for the family room and baths and carpet for the two bedrooms. They also suggested the colors for both.
All work was completed on time. We were able to go visit in mid December

I purchased $1100.00 worth of tile and grout for a tub surround. I had calculated that it would take 80 sq ft. I was sold 93 sq ft. Of the main tile and 10 sq ft of accent tile. I did not know how many sq ft were in each box (my bad) I received an invoice only after I had paid for the material. I did not review the invoice (again my bad) untill I tried to return an unopened carton of tile ($100) to be told that all sales are final. While I should have paid more attention, I feel that I was oversold on purpose. If you are going to shop here pay close attention to what you are being sold.

The owner of this store tried to scam us with poor advice and cheap flooring material last summer. Her installer tried to scam us as well. I had to take her to small claims court and even after a judge ordered her to refund me part of the deposit I had put down, 3 months have gone by and she has yet to pay what was ordered of her in a court of law. This is even after I hired an attorney who has sent numerous letters and emails to her. Stay as far away from this store as possible. There are several other stores at the lake with excellent reputations to do business with.
