Highly recommend CH Roofing and Exteriors! We read recommendations on our HOA page and contacted Patrick to build a backyard pavilion and storage area. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but Patrick patiently worked with us, explaining the costs and benefits of countless options; his advice and counsel was invaluable. We agreed on a plan and price. Patrick gave us a reasonable and realistic timeline. He kept in constant communication as the various crews worked (concrete,framers, carpenters, roofers, electricians, painters, etc.). He kept a watchful eye on subcontractors and ensured the pavilion

We called Patrick to do a small cement pad in our back yard. He was quick to come over and get it bid out. His first guy kind of fell through but he was on it to get a replacement. When the guys came to pour it he stopped by that day and the next just to make sure things were going as he wanted. They did a great job and we would hire him again for other things.
