This tool's rotating cleaning head scrubs the carpet, steams, and extracts dirt all at the same time. We use a self contained pressure washing system specifically for tile & grout, and garage floors. Our truck mounted cleaning process power washes the floor to extract soil and grease from the pores of the tile and grout or other hard surface floors. The system generates water pressure of 400 up to 1500 P.S.I. and water temperature of approximately 210-230 degrees to loosen and extract years of soil and contaminants.

I asked this guy to extract my carpet, not buff it. He buffed it and made me pay for an extraction price. Before this guy came to my apartment, he asked if it was an apartment or home. He told me depending on the quality of the carpet, he would use one machine or the other. He said they were both extraction machines. I told him upfront that I needed my carpets extracted, not buffed. However, he brought in a buffer and started using it. I asked if that was an extractor, and he said yes while trying to make me feel guilty for asking him that. But I was almost certain he was using a buffer machine

Mike has always been fair and upfront. He does a great job at a good price for what you are getting. I have some incredible carpet which I want to keep in great condition. I have felt that using Mike has been key to keeping the carpet nice. He removed 95% of a huge red stain which I was sure would not come out. (You have to know where you are looking to see it.) I have been using him at my rental home for about 5 years. I referred him to my mother who is way more picky than I am, she loves him.
