Steve was great at getting me what I wanted and keeping me updated while I waited for it to arrive. Harold and Heather were a great addition to close the deal out and making it a wonderful and affordable price. Darwuin was a wonderful asset in the financing paper work. Whole team deserves a raise. Easiest buy experience I’ve ever had. Won’t return to service department because I live 2hrs away.

On a trip through North Carolina our car unexpectedly got a nail in the tire. Knowing that we had another 150 miles to go and the tire wasn't holding air we needed to find a shop as soon as possible. We rode the spare tire as long as we could and called Griffin Nissan knowing their shop was closing in less than 2 hours. They told us to come on down. They got us in immediately, fixed our tire and had us on the road in less than 30 minutes. We are beyond thankful for their service and would recommend their dealership and service center to anyone traveling through Rockingham. Thank you!

I wish they were my local Nissan dealership.
Simply put, these people are the very definition of good customer service. On a recent trip to the beach for vacation, they saved my butt and probably my marriage by renting me an SUV for the week after I miscalculated with the charging times on my Nissan Leaf. They bent over backward to accommodate me and my wife and did it all with a friendly hand shake and a smile. A special thanks goes out to Billy in the service department who made sure our car was fully charged while we were away at the ocean and ready to drive when we came back to drop it off

This place is awesome. Friendly staff and efficient. These guys saved my butt when my car broke down on 220 on the way back from the beach. I have nothing but kind words for these guys - John and Shon are very kind and helpful. I can't say enough but THANK YOU GUYS!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone and everybody.
